Swan Golf wants you to be satisfied with your purchase with us. If you are not, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How long does order processing and shipping take?

What should I do if my wedges arrives damaged?
If your wedges arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email info@swanwedges.com and include photos of the damage. We will review the issue and help you with the next steps.
Which shipping carriers do you use for deliveries?
We currently use Posti and Matkahuolto for deliveries.
How do you handle product defects or warranty claims?
All products come with a 1-year warranty. Swan Golf is committed to the performance and quality of our products. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
During the warranty period of the product, our warranty covers:
- Product damage in transit
- Product quality issues or manufacturing defects
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us by email info@swanwedges.com with photos and a detailed description of the issue.. We will review the case and determine whether the product will be repaired or replaced.
